HB2002 HFA Sponaugle 1-26

            Delegate Sponaugle moves to amend the Committee Substitute on page 6, section 13c, line 35, by striking out the period, inserting a semicolon and the following:

            “and,

            (4) A defendant whose acts or omissions have been found by a jury to constitute fifty percent or more of the negligence which prominently caused the damages suffered by the plaintiff.”
